These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Craft My Dinner mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Cornbreadcrumbs, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using Craft My Dinner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Craft My Dinner is a recipe, food inventory, and meal-planning tool designed to help users organize recipes, identify and swap foods they wish to avoid with foods they wish to include instead based on user preferences and selections, and track expiring and low inventory food items.

The Craft My Dinner app is intended solely as an informational and convenience tool for personal use. Subject to these Terms, the Company grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. Users agree not to use this app for any business purpose or in a manner that competes with Craft My Dinner. The Craft My Dinner app may utilize automated systems, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or other technologies to generate recommendations and substitutions. 

2. No Medical, Dietary, or Nutritional Advice

CRAFT MY DINNER DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, ALLERGY MANAGEMENT, NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING, OR PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES.

Information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, dietary, nutritional, or health advice.

Always consult with a qualified physician, registered dietitian, allergist, or other licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, food allergy, dietary restriction, nutritional concern, or health-related decision.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, medical condition, or dietary restriction, you should exercise extreme caution and independently verify all ingredients before consuming any food.

3. User Responsibility for Ingredients and Labels

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Craft My Dinner may strike through foods, ingredients, or recipe items that you indicate you wish to avoid.
• Craft My Dinner may suggest alternative ingredients or foods.
• Suggested alternatives may not be suitable for your specific dietary needs, allergies, medical conditions, religious requirements, lifestyle choices, or personal preferences.
• Ingredient lists, product formulations, manufacturing processes, and food labels may change without notice.

IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO:

• Carefully read every recipe ingredient list.
• Review all food packaging and product labels.
• Verify ingredients directly with manufacturers when necessary.
• Confirm that any recipe, ingredient, substitution, or recommendation meets your dietary restrictions, allergies, medical requirements, and personal preferences.

Cornbreadcrumbs, LLC makes no representation or warranty that any recipe, ingredient substitution, or recommendation is safe, accurate, allergen-free, medically appropriate, or suitable for your individual circumstances.

4. Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornbreadcrumbs, LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability;
• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Accuracy;
• Reliability;
• Non-infringement; and
• Availability of the Service.

You understand and agree that Craft My Dinner is a tool and may make mistakes, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect ingredient identification;
• Incorrect food substitutions;
• Incomplete recipe information;
• Incorrect dietary categorizations;
• Missed allergens or restricted ingredients;
• Technical errors, bugs, or interruptions.

You assume all risk associated with reliance upon information provided by the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornbreadcrumbs, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Use of or inability to use the Service;
• Food allergies or allergic reactions;
• Dietary, nutritional, or health restrictions and outcomes;
• Ingredient substitutions;
• Recipe recommendations, generations, imports, or uploads;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content;
• Reliance on information generated by the Service.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. User Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Craft My Dinner is a convenience tool only.
• The Service may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
• You will independently verify all recipes, ingredients, substitutions, and food products before consumption.
• You assume all risks associated with preparing, purchasing, or consuming food based on information provided through the Service.

7. Diet Exclusion Disclaimer

Craft My Dinner provides meal suggestions, recipes, and dietary exclusion recommendations for informational and convenience purposes only. The app may suggest common ingredient exclusions or dietary considerations based on general diet guidelines, user preferences, or publicly available information.

However, dietary requirements, restrictions, and definitions of specific diets can vary significantly between individuals, health professionals, diet programs, and third-party diet websites or sources. Craft My Dinner does not guarantee that suggested exclusions are complete, accurate, or appropriate for every user’s specific dietary needs.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming their dietary exclusions, ingredient preferences, and restrictions before preparing or consuming any meal suggestions generated by the app. Users should verify that recipes and ingredients align with their personal goals, dietary requirements, allergies, medical conditions, and any recommendations provided by qualified professionals.

Craft My Dinner is not responsible for missed exclusions, incorrect dietary interpretations, ingredient differences, or outcomes resulting from a user’s failure to modify or verify suggested exclusions. The app is a planning and recipe assistance tool and does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

Popular diets that you select within the app may permit certain foods only in varying amounts, portions, or frequencies (for example, limited carbohydrates, restricted serving sizes, or “in moderation” guidance). Craft My Dinner does not enforce or track these quantity- or frequency-based limits. You are solely responsible for reviewing the rules of any diet you follow, including how much and how often a permitted food may be consumed, before purchasing ingredients or preparing meals. Craft My Dinner is not responsible for determining food items to exclude from or include in your diet or outcomes resulting from allowed foods being consumed in amounts or frequencies outside your chosen diet’s guidelines.

No medical advice

Information provided by Craft My Dinner (recipes, ingredient substitutions, dietary suggestions, nutrition data) is general in nature and is not a substitute for the advice of a physician, registered dietitian, allergist or other qualified healthcare provider.

Allergen information

While we filter and flag recipes based on your stated exclusions, we cannot guarantee that any recipe is free of cross-contact or trace allergens. Always read full ingredient labels of the products you buy. If you or a family member has a severe allergy, consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet.

Emergencies

If you suspect a severe allergic reaction or medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Acknowledgement

By using Craft My Dinner you acknowledge that you have read and understood this medical disclaimer.

8. Subscription Billing and Refund Policy

Certain features of Craft My Dinner may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Cornbreadcrumbs, LLC to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.

7-Day Refund Window (Current Billing Cycle)

Refunds are issued only upon request, and only when the request is submitted within the first seven (7) calendar days of the current billing cycle (whether that cycle is your initial subscription purchase or a renewal). Refund requests submitted within this window will be reviewed and, if approved, refunded to the original payment method.

After the 7-Day Window

After the seven-day window of the current billing cycle has passed, the subscription payment for that cycle is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use the app through the last day of the current billing cycle; your subscription will not renew thereafter.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service beyond permitted use;
• Misrepresent your identity or account information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials associated with Craft My Dinner are owned by or licensed to Cornbreadcrumbs, LLC and Craft My Dinner and are protected by the United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Craft My Dinner app solely for your personal use while your subscription remains active. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Craft My Dinner app without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of and are solely responsible for the content you submit. Imported and uploaded recipes remain the property of their original owners where applicable. Such recipes must be publicly published or user must be explicitly granted permission to store and use content by the original owner. Recipes may not be used for business purposes, unless explicitly granted permission by the original owner. The Craft My Dinner app is not claiming ownership of third-party recipes. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, remove, and display such content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of any content. By adding users to your subscription plan or sharing your uploaded recipes with other Craft My Dinner app users, you are granting such users access to review and edit your submitted content. AI-generated recipes, ingredient substitutions, nutritional information, meal plans, recommendations, and other generated content are provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for every individual. No nutrition or medical advice is offered by the Craft My Dinner app. Consult a healthcare professional or diet plan author for dietary needs and restrictions. Always review content of recipe ingredients and nutritional information for compliance with your dietary needs and safety requirments. Any suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or feedback submitted by users may be used by us without compensation or obligation. Upon termination of your subscription, your limited license to use the Craft My Dinner app immediately ends on the last date of the subscription. You must discontinue all use of the Craft My Dinner app. Any copyright infringement disputes for the Craft My Dinner app shall be emailed to the Craft My Dinner team at team@craftmydinner.com. Please include your name, email address, and any relevant information regarding your claim for review.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

Cornbreadcrumbs, LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Cornbreadcrumbs, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Entire Agreement

BY USING CRAFT MY DINNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
